 安省2004年注册的点货公司,多年工作经验,国语/英语,全电脑服务。提供Nevada Ticket服务,对销售Nevada Ticket的店铺可能有特惠,欢迎来电。服务范围:Ontario Computerized Inventory Service registered in Ontario since 2004, in English and Mandarin. 公司负责人曾是一个成功的便利店经营者。早在2002年,华人未大规模进入便利店,对该领域缺乏了解之时,就把自己的经验总结成文,《如何选择、购买和经营便利店》,发表在心意网上,众人受益。直至现在,文章发表5年后,仍有不少人来电咨询。在WWW.GOOGLE.CA 上可搜索到此文。

使用特制的软件,完全按照商品的分类去点。也就是说,一片口香糖,不管放在何处,永远归在口香糖这一类。这一点与西人公司有很大的不同。他们是按SECTION点,也就是分块点。某一块属于哪一类,原则是MAJORITY WIN。比如,10 GUMS2 POPS AND 3 SOCKS 放在一起,该类就属于口香糖”GUM。这种点法是点货方便,但折扣率非常不准。

西人公司还有一个特征,香烟决不按成本价点,因为这需要太多的时间。Dumaurier and Rothman are different brand, and their costs are way different. 但他们为了图省事,把烟统一分为一类,按数量乘零售价,再打折扣。这种做法等于认为不同牌子的烟有基本相同的利润率。实际上,一个牌子,大烟和小烟,或者便宜烟和品牌烟,它们的利润率是完全不同的。正常情况下,烟的存货会在$10000.00,想想你就会知道绝对误差有多少。本公司的做法是按成本价分类,彻底消除这种分类造成的误差。几十种的香烟,只有做过便利店的人才可能正确分类。在联系西人点货公司时,先问 How are you going to count the cigarette? 希望各位在选择点货公司时,不要盲信西人点货公司。   Two special reasons why my company is chosen are cigarette counting at cost price and sorting by category.   So many different brands of cigarette at complicated prices. All the inventory service companies claim they know convenience store business very well and can offer the best service. You will have the answer right away when they come to sort cigarette by retail price and use one margin. This way is simple and easy but not accurate. Cigarette is the largest category in terms of dollar amount in a convenience store and a small change of the margin will have a result with big difference. We are the only company that counts cigarette at wholesale price and have zero error because we are able to sort it at cost.    The way to sort other items also makes a difference. The most common is sorting by section. Sections are relatively separate from each other. One example can convince you that sorting by section just make counting easier and is not scientific. Countertop is most likely one of sections. You may have 50 lighters, 20 ginsens, 24 gums, 20 chocolates, 6 3-hour energy drinks and 10 nail clippers on your countertop. When you see section of "Countertop" on the inventory sheet, you may question why items in different categories are forced into the same category and wonder what margin is appropriate. But that is the result of sorting by section. Some companies become smarter after being questioned many times and start to use name of category to cover name of section. The rule is Majority Wins. In the case of the above example, Hardware is used instead of Countertop. The appearance changes but the essence doesn't. My company sorts items by category. Gum and Chocolate always fall into Category Candy. It doesn't matter where they are, on the countertop, on the candy shelf or anywhere else. My company guarantees to have the best result.
